PRIVACY NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING This notice is prepared by Istanbul International Community Eğitim ve Öğretim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“IICS  Schools”) as a data controller under Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL” or the “Law numbered  6698”) Your personal data provided to IICS Schools will be processed, as a requirement of the educational  service contract and the relevant legislative regulations such as the conduct of training activities, the  execution of the accounting processes, coordination with the parents and the personal data will be  deleted or destroyed upon the termination of the intended purpose. Your personal data provided through printed / written documents or digital media is processed because  it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract as stated in paragraph (c) of  Article 5/2. Such personal data may be transferred to judicial or administrative authorities or law enforcement  officers limited to the requests under the resolution of disputes or the provisions of the relevant  legislation. You can exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of PDPL by applying to IICS Schools.
