Please use this form to predeclare your teams for this event, any declarations can be resubmitted up until half an hour before the event. If you don't have all your names at the minute, submit the ones you do - it really helps the results team (Val)  to have as many names as possible prior to the event. Last minute substitutions/changes can be made by submitting a paper declaration form on the day.
