We kindly ask that each parent please respect the rights of other parents and their children. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Children with fever, rash, diarrhea, wet cough, or green or yellow colored runny noses within the last 24 hours should not attend playgroups or other activities.
1A. Children and adults with suspected and/or known exposure to SARS-COVID-19 are asked to refrain from all in-person MOMS Club of Sammamish Plateau activities for 14 days---the minimum quarantine timeline as recommended by the CDC---from time of exposure.

2. No smoking or alcohol at any MOMS Club function where children are present.

3. Members are fully responsible for the actions of themselves and their children. Respect and kindness should be displayed at all times. If your child displays intentional violent behavior two or more times, you may be required to remove your child from the event.

4. Respect the individual rules and property of other parents when you are at an event in their home. If your child damages or breaks something, valuable or not, it is your responsibility to offer to repair or replace it.

5. Each member will be responsible for cleaning up after her child(ren) at all activities and playgroups. Because we realize people leave playgroups at different times, before you leave, help to clean up by throwing away your trash and putting away a few toys.

6. Do not advertise products/services at any function, via email, or on social media unless you have permission from the Executive Board. However, you may advertise in our monthly newsletter.

7. No deadly weapons are permitted to be brought into people’s homes or at the Monthly Member Meetings. When LEGALLY carrying at a public event, use your best discretion to keep everyone safe. Please be mindful that even if you may not mind your kids being exposed to/seeing your guns, other mother’s may not want their children to be exposed to them.

In case of any breaches in the Code of Conduct, the board will communicate with each other within 48 hours and they will decide and assess the situation case by case; even up to termination from the group.
