The Henderson Amateur Radio Club, Inc. will host its first ever club picnic on Tuesday, April 23 at Trigono Hills Park (3805 Cliff Shadows Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89129). This will take the place of our monthly membership meeting.
The club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, buns, and condiments. Each member is asked to bring a dish to pass and provide their own non-adult beverage for their own consumption. That process will be based on license class:
Extra and Advanced Class Operators = Side dish
Technician/General Class Operators = Salad dish
This is a family event. Bring the XYL. Bring the kids. Show the family that the ham radio club doesn't bite, and can be fun.
For our approximately 50% of membership that does not live in Henderson, but rather the opposite side of town, this meeting location should be much easier for you to get to. We hope that you make it.
