We welcome new dancers into our competitive program each year. Participation in the classes listed in the bullet points of each age are the minimum requirements with the option to add more styles. Placement is not based solely upon age, it is based on ability and team dynamics. We spend a tremendous amount of time and effort designing each team and considering each dancer as an individual. If you are new to our studio or interested in learning how to be on our dance team please contact our office to schedule a meeting. We can help design a schedule of classes for your dancer to prepare your child for the future opportunity of being on one of our teams.

Participation in our summer 6-week mini session classes or dance intensive programs is a REQUIREMENT for all dancers interested in being considered for teams in the upcoming 2024-25 season. The skills and techniques demonstrated during these sessions are crucial in determining team placements, as they help us assess your child's growth, technique level, and commitment to skill improvement. Please note that spots on each team are limited and are not guaranteed. Our team placements will also be based on yearly assessments of each team member. Assessments include: review of the child’s attendance, attitude, work ethic, progression, and skills retained from this team season, as well as their improvements over the summer season.
