This is a form meant for you who wants to share any thoughts or complaints regarding non-inclusive, discriminative or any issues regarding the KfKb-department and/or the chemistry building at Chalmers. It could be anything from an offensive poster, an event or physical space in the Chemistry building that made you feel uncomfortable/unwelcomed or needs improvement.

It is important to know that the information shared will be anonymous and will only be read by SAMO, who has professional secrecy. This is a safe space, your input will not be shared with any outside party without your consent, it will only be stored until the matter has been addressed.
