Departing Employee
Please use this form to submit departing employee requests - Advance notice is required- 48hrs Notice (for clients with SLA agreements in place)

The following steps will be completed:
  1. Archive mailbox
  2. Removal of license
  3. Set auto-reply if desired
  4. Contact is removed from the global address list.
  5. All Signed-in devices are logged out
  6. Mailbox access granted if desired
  7. Forward applied if desired

It is preferable to grant a user access to the departed employee mailbox so they have historical access to all past emails - their mailbox will show in your list of outlook folders on the left - forwarding is not recommended.
