Exercitus Mariae Registration form
This the form to register your son for Exercitus Mariae.  Please note that the medical release forms and an additional permission form will be required for all off-site sessions.

Some sessions are planned to be off-site to take advantage of challenges suited to nature for “wilderness experiences.”  Boys will meet at Maybury State Park, East entrance, North side of the lot. Field trip participation slip will be required. Transportation will be provided by the parents.

Maybury State Park outings will take place each December, April and August!

Parents are invited to participate with their sons, but are required to submit a background check form and take a Protecting God's Children class to participate. These both are required to volunteer in any capacity at the parish and school so it is encouraged that all parents attend a PGC class!
Does a parent plan to attend sessions with your son? *
Does the attending parent have Protecting God's Children and a background check on file with the parish already?  This must be confirmed with the parish before you may participate with your son.
