For your event to qualify for the event calendar it must meet the following requirements:

1. It must be a single-time, annual, or monthly event. (If there's going to be something extra special at a weekly event that can qualify too)

2. It must have some connection to or support for the LGBTQ+ community.

3. It must be organized by, owned by, or headed by local individuals, organizations, or businesses.

4. It must be in the St. Louis Metro Area.

5. You must have a poster/flier type image with all the basic information about the event including the date/time/location.

6. There are additional requirements for promotion including the need to have a social media page and flier image that are outlined in the form.

Qualifying events can be anything from festivals, parties, performances, drag, music showcases held on the street, in parks, or any type of indoor venue. Entry fees are welcome but free events or events where at least part of the entry fee is donated to a nonprofit or cause are preferred.

Events with over 50+ projected attendees are prioritized.

Placement on the calendar is up to the discretion of the TGPride team. We try our best to keep up submissions but it may take a little bit before we get around to them.

We prefer submissions at least 1 month prior to when the event is scheduled to happen, but we may be able to add your event up to 1-2 weeks before if there's room on the calendar.

There is a limit of 12 promoted events per month.
