This form is to confirm your attendance to NatCon to represent your chapter. You will be ask in August to share your flight information so we can help coordinate travel to and from the airport for ride sharing.  Please pay close attention to all the sign up deadlines and instructions. Conference begins at 9am, Friday on September 27th.  We can book you a hotel room for the night before FREE of charge to your chapter.  Do you plan to arrive September 26th (Thursday) and need a hotel room?  This will be shared room with another delegate of the same gender. If a room is booked for you and your plans change you will incur the costs of that room. *
