Virtual Education Program Registration - Wednesday, March 3
Star Stories
1:00pm – 1:45pm (ET)

The motions of the Sun, Moon and stars create recognizable patterns that led to the development of the astronomy that we know today. Using an online planetarium program, students will view the night sky, the effect of sunlight on Earth's surface and learn about classical mythology. After viewing the stars, students create an engaging art project based on their own interpretations of the stars. Materials needed: paper, crayon, marker or coloring pencil.
