St. Clement Parish Religious Education Registration and Survey
This form is to aide in planning for the 2020-2021 Religious Education Year.  It will register students for Faith Formation (CCD) and Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation).

Faith Formation is for students in K-11 who are not attending Catholic School.

Sacramental Preparation is for ALL students preparing for sacraments.  Typically 2nd graders prepare to receive First Reconciliation and Communion, and 9,10,11 graders prepare for Confirmation.  All three years of Confirmation Preparation is required.  If you have student who needs to begin any sacramental preparation in a non-traditional year, you may register below as well.  Please also make note of it in the comments box at the conclusion of the form.  Thank you.

What We Know Now
We will be beginning something the week of Sept. 13, 2020  
Currently, it is likely we will be using a hybrid, flipped model.  In other words, we hope to have learning occurring in the domestic church (family) most of the time.  Interactive lessons will be provided online.  Printed materials will be sent home for K-8, and may also be for high school students. If possible, we would still like to have students face to face several times throughout the year, but it will depend on the current crisis level, and the number of volunteers available.  This hybrid model appears to be the best answer, but your input is .  We still have time to make adjustments.  Please answer the questions below to have your voice heard.  As always, feel free to contact me at mjvig3@outlook.com  Thank you!

Due to the current crisis situation, this year's program will be different than usual. It is likely that at least a portion of this year's religious education will need to be conducted by the Domestic Church (family) at home. While face to face instruction is ideal, it is not always possible.  In addition to the virus, we are currently facing a shortage of volunteer catechists which makes weekly face to face instruction unlikely. St. Clement Parish will always provide support and materials as appropriate.  The following questions are to help plan for the best approach.  Please select one of the following to share your preference.   *
Our family has adequate devices and internet access for each student to be able to complete about an hour and a half of instruction per week at home. *
Our family cannot provide each student with an hour of online time, but we can provide the family as a whole with at least an hour and a half to two hours of online time a week. *
