This is the form to PRE-order your ESNcard. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PART CAREFULLY, IT IS IMPORTANT !!!

We don't sell ESNcards online, it is only physically ! However, you can fill this online form and once you've completed it, come to our next "Office Hours" or "ESNcard pick up" with 10€ in cash and a picture of you.


✨ What is the ESNcard? This card gives you access to many deals:
➡️ International deals: Many online deals with Ryanair, Flixbus, and many more.

➡️ In Luxembourg : with an ESNcard, you get discounts on the price of trips organised by us, and with our local partners such as the MK Bar and Mirador, where many of our fun events happen

✨ Who can buy the ESN card ?
- International students in Luxembourg (Bachelor/Master/PhD)
- International/Erasmus+ trainees/interns
- Erasmus+/Exchange students in Luxembourg

- European Solidarity Corps (ESC)

- ESN Luxembourg Volunteer/Alumni

Now that you know what an ESNcard is and if you are eligible for one, you can fill in this form. We will use your information to complete your card.

✨ How to use your ESNcard:
- Show it to our partners in Luxembourg.

- The number of the card is to be completed when creating your profile on ESNcard.org. This way, your profile is created and you can already enjoy the benefits of the card online!
- Please make sure to select ESN Luxembourg for the section.
-The picture is mandatory and this card is valid for one year.

✨ Where can you pick it up?

Our Office is located on the 1st floor of the Maison des arts et étudiants on Belval campus.

N.B. : Once you get the ESNcard we cannot refund the card. A copy of your answers to this form will be automatically sent to you by email.
