Volunteering at Gateway and Working with Children
At Gateway we take the safety of our Children seriously and as such we have policies and procedures in place to look after our under 18s, including regular training for those involved in child focused ministries.
There are many young people involved with serving across Gateway ministries, therefore Gateway requires ALL volunteers within Team Gateway to:
- hold a current Working With Children Check (or VIT); and
- to read and acknowledge the Gateway Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.
