All CPP dogs are current on basic vaccinations as well as on monthly heart-worm and flea-tick preventatives. If adoption is approved, do you agree to maintain annual vaccinations and monthly heart-worm preventative by a licensed veterinarian.

I understand there is no "cooling off" period, and that if I no longer what or can longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify CPP by text or email and provide a 14 day period to allow CPP to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back to the rescue.
I agree to indeminfy and hold hamrless CPP against any losses, lawsuits, claims injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.
I understand there is an adoption fee association with adoption of a pet from CPP.
