Parent Acknowledgement/Authorization

The Snack Shack Club is led by PTA and Mrs. Maglio. All students who wish to participate in the club are able to. In order to have enough spots for each grade level to sell snacks during the Tue/Thu lunch period, we will cap the grade level openings to 12 students per grade. In accordance with the California PTA money handling policies, all parties handling PTA funds must be current PTA members. This requirement is for selling snacks during lunch only. Students who are not current PTA members can still volunteer during Snack Shack and can participate in the clubs activities.

My student is a current PTA member and can sell snacks as part of snack shack club.

My student will bring in or sign up to be a PTA member online prior to their first "shift".

My student is not a current PTA and will participate in only the non-money handling activities for the club.
