We are so excited about your interest in participating in Special Olympics through the Lee's Summit School District! Please respond to the questions below in order to be added to our roster of athletes. In addition, please complete the Athlete Physical Form (every 3 years) and the Special Olympics Release form linked on the website as they are required by Special Olympics for participation. If you have more than one child participating, please complete a form for each child.
