Thank you for passion for music and we hope we can help your pursuit in your musical goals. Amped School of Music offers merit-based music scholarships to students who demonstrate outstanding skill and potential in their instrument, voice part, and/or in music composition. Incoming students and current students are eligible to audition once per academic year. Applications are due 60-10 days before the student needs access to the funds.

The Amped Music Scholarship has three parts: 1. Student info 2. Questionnaire 3. Video upload via Youtube. Please be prepared to submit all of these parts as this form will NOT save your progress.

//// Scholarship Details ////
This application is for a one-time Amped School of Music "Amped Music Scholarship" to help fund music lessons (private or group) between September 1, 2019, and May 31, 2020. Students with a minimum of 1-year experience with their current instrument may apply. The amount of scholarship funds varies depending on donations from the community during the year. Amped School of Music will contact the chosen applicant and disclose the amount available for use for lessons and programs at Amped School of Music.

//// Final Report ////
Award recipients are required to submit a final written report to ampedschoolofmusic@gmail.com by July 31st or earlier briefly sharing what they gained from their experience at Amped School of Music. This will help us raise more scholarship funds for future applicants.
