Scholarship Application
Complete this form to apply for a need based scholarship for athletic programs in the Huron Valley Community.  It is the mission of the Huron Valley Athletic Scholarship Fund to provide athletic opportunities for the youth in our community.  We believe in the power of sports and the enrichment of community through athletic activities!
You will receive an email response within 72 hours of the application.  
*Due to the nature of our funding, we are limited to exclusively supporting athletic endeavors at this time.  Athletic programs are limited to activities that fall under the direction of the High School Athletic Directors and Recreational or Travel program Sports Directors at local facilities.  Activities that fall under the umbrella of arts or sciences are not eligible for HVASF program funding at this time.
