Hello club members! It's time again to complete our Event Interest Sheets. If you are completing the form here, and not the paper copy, your responses are somewhat more limited.
On this 3-point sliding scale, here are your options:
A 3 means you can fill a spot if needed, but it's not an event you necessarily want to be in if you don't have to.
A 2 is an event you actively want to be in, but you won't be heartbroken if you're not in it.
A 1 goes to the events you most want to be in. They're the ones you're going to focus the most time on, and where I should try and prioritize you in, if I can. I may not be able to place you in all the events that you mark as a 1, but I will try to get you in as many of them as I can.
Any event you leave blank I will assume you do not want to be in, even as a filler.
To make something explicitly clear: there are events that are more competitive than others, and you must run for a time on those events if you want to have a chance on the A team or in Singles. This is for, generally, Barrels, Poles, and Keyhole. Other events, such as Team Penning and Arena Sorting, have no real way for us to run off, so I will put together teams based on what I know of your skill level, plus who you seem to work well with.
Lastly, I would prefer to hash out who does judged events without needing a run off. It is simply easier to come to an agreement on who will ride the event without needing to take the time for a run off. If you want to do a judged event, I need to know that well in advance, and please respond to any requests I send about judged events promptly.
