A-State Move In Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your interest in assisting our students with move-in. Each year volunteers provide a much-appreciated service to our A-State students. Please review the guidelines below closely and share with your volunteers. To sign your group up to assist with move in day please complete the link below.
Operation Move-In Volunteer Guidelines
• Volunteers must register with University Housing.
• Food is permitted during Operation Move-In. All food and drinks must be distributed to guests by volunteers and be individually wrapped items. Self-service food stations are not permitted.
• Volunteers may greet students, assist with traffic flow, transport student belongings to apartment or residence hall room.
• Student residents may come and go as needed after completing the official check in process.
• Groups will be assigned a volunteer location and University Housing will confirm the maximum number of volunteers per organization at each location.
• Volunteer groups may choose from one or all of the following larger move in dates: August 14 and August 21, 2021.
