This form presents a list of indicators that are used to assess the maturity of Research Performing Organization starting or considering starting a local EURAXESS Startup hub.

The survey consists of 37 indicators, used to establish perception of strengths/weaknesses of one RPO already having continuous innovation support infrastructure in place. The indicators are classified in 4 sections: 1. embedment of startup entrepreneurship training and mentoring in PhD and postdoc training; 2. maturity of innovation support services; 3. maturity of cooperation with external stakeholders in implementing continuous innovation support services and; 4. awareness and commitment to achieving/maintaining the diversity and inclusion standards.

The survey uses Likert-like scale in aiming to establish perception of respondents on the individual indicators, namely the state of play in RPO, related to the statements expressed by those indicators. If you are not familiar with the specific situation expressed by the individual indicator, please respond with selecting "I don't know".
