Nomination Form 

The Nominating Committee will consider all who are nominated to the various positions of leadership in the Conference. The Nominating committee’s proposal for candidates will be presented at the annual celebration for approval by conference delegates at the annual celebration in June. You can find a full description of the responsibilities of the committees and positions here. 

As a Nominating Committee we are committed to developing a Board and Committee structure that reflects the diversity and inclusion in ethnicity, race, nationality, gender, gender identity, economic status, age, disabilities, and geographic location across the three states of the RMC.  To the extent that you are willing to share information that will help ensure such diversity you are encouraged to include in the first question.
