"We Need You" Volunteer Form
We Need You! The Inverness Elementary PTO is a group of involved parents, teachers and administrators who work together to support the various needs of our school.  We strive to make IES the BEST educational environment possible by supporting the students, teachers, and staff in any capacity that we can.

Your PTO committee has been busy planning out the details of the upcoming year.  With so many changes
due to COVID-19, we have had to restructure and reschedule many of our PTO sponsored fundraisers that we had planned for the year.  This being said, it is SO VERY important that we secure parent volunteers to help with the various and important tasks at hand this year.  We will need your input, skills, and time so that we can continue to provide the financial support that our school depends on.  

Support the events and programs we have planned throughout the year by volunteering in one or more of the categories/events below.  

Please consider volunteering to help out any way that you can and sharing your skill sets and interests to help assure our children have the best educational experience.  Even if you have minimal time to give, we can use your help!   All you have to do is fill out the form below and indicate the activities you are interested in volunteering to help with.

Scarecrows on the Hill
The "G.R.E.A.T."est Fundraiser - New this Year!  This fundraiser will be similar to a check/cash drive so we will need many volunteers to help receipt and deliver prizes to kids.
Holiday Craft Workshop - Students get the opportunity to make 2-3 crafts/gifts for their family during a  designated time with their class.
Cookies and Cocoa - Free community event for all students and their families to come and decorate cookies, drink cocoa, and visit with Santa
Teacher Appreciation Week - Each year, the PTO takes an entire week to show our appreciation for our wonderful teachers and staff.
Art Magnet Fundraiser - the PTO sends home flyers with the students artwork for the parents to purchase
