This application is for those who are interested in joining my 4 month 1-on-1 Wellness With Hashimotos Coaching program. This program is based upon what YOUR body needs to rebalance and get rid of those pesky symptoms.
This is for the person who is FED UP with being told they are "healthy" despite feeling unwell, exhausted, and not themselves. This program will help you discover the root causes as to why you do not feel your best and design a specific plan created just for YOU!
- The Wellness With Hashimotos Coaching Program is a 4 month 1-on-1 coaching package. Included in the package is a series of 1-on-1 zoom calls where we work to understand your body's needs through root cause testing, your symptoms, and health history so that you can gain control of your Hashimotos. You will receive a personalized protocol after each zoom call uploaded to your client portal that you have access to download and/or print. You also have access to me in between appointments through email or chat in your client portal.
4-month 1:1 Wellness With Hashimotos Coaching. This includes full functional blood work, Hair tissue mineral analysis, personalized 1:1 coaching and support including four 1:1 coaching appointments (1 Health history review, 1 lab result review appointment, 2 follow up coaching appointments). There is also an option to add-on other functional labs (Stool test, Dutch hormone, Organic acids, Bioenergetic testing, etc) for an additional cost to you. Following each appointment, you will receive a protocol summary after each appt with small simple steps to start implementing in your life to help rebalance your body. Any recommended supplements are NOT included in the coaching program price but are highly recommended to help move your results forward.
Pricing - $1950 or $487.50/month for 4 months
- As mentioned, you can add-on additional testing: Functional lab tests and bioenergetic health scans that I will invoice you the cost of once you pick the ones you want. These can range from $200 to $500 depending on the test (you will be given a breakdown of each scan/test of what they are and the prices when you enroll in the coaching program). These can be added on any time during our work together and don't have to be all done at the same time.
- Supplements are necessary; they each have their specific role in your personalized program; expect around $200-400 dollars worth of supplements each month.
*Functional lab testing or blood work is not available in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island (Bioenergetic and Hair tissue mineral tests are okay)
You will be notified by email, within 48 hours, a link to schedule an enrollment call where we can chat and see if we are a good fit and you can ask any questions you may have. If you decide to sign up, you will schedule your first appointment and be sent intake forms that you need to fill out prior to our first appointment. Please fill these out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows me adequate time to prepare your first personalized protocol.
