As you all probably know, NorthSec runs solely on volunteer's time. Apart from feeling part of an incredible group of highly motivated people, you will be rewarded with free beer, snacks, access to the event and the legendary volunteer diner that takes place each autumn. We ask for a generous minimum of 8 to 12 hours of volunteering for free wildcard over the event, depending on the tasks. Please fill in the following form to the best of your current knowledge so we can setup a schedule that pleases as many people as possible.

Note: There are still many unknowns as to what form the 2022 edition will take, but one thing is certain, it will happen. Please fill in this form to the best of your knowledge and we will contact you in time.

Of course, we know it's too early to plan this far ahead, so don't formalize too much with this...

During the event, we will need many people at all time, but especially during the following periods:

- Tuesday-Wednesday all day, to set up the conference. It implies lifting, wiring, and moving things around.
- Thursday and Friday all day, to set up the competition. It implies lifting, wiring, and moving things around.

- Thursday morning, welcoming participants and helping with orientation.
- Friday evening, to help with the transition from the conference to the competition.
- Sunday afternoon and evening, to pack everything up.
