This form allows residents of the Mordecai Community to share concerns and comments about the proposed rezoning of the Mordecai on Clover townhomes (Clover Lane). The first public neighborhood meeting was held on April 28 at 6pm at the Mordecai Historic Park Interpretive Center. A second meeting will be held on May 9, and information will also be shared at the May 10 Mordecai CAC meeting. The information from this form is being shared with attorney Toby Coleman and owners Clover Lane LLC.

The property is currently zoned Residential-10 and is proposed to be rezoned to Residential Mixed Use with a maximum height of 5 stories, RX-5.
