NJAS 69th Annual Meeting: Judges Registration Form
The NJAS judges will have the following responsibilities:

Interested judges are kindly asked to fill out this form to be considered as NJAS judges.  Judges will be informed of their category and how many projects they will review by March 25, 2024.  Judging takes place on April 20, 2024, and abstracts will be provided prior to the event. 

Judges will judge 7-8 in-person presentations from trifold posters (Junior Academy) on April 20, 2024, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM (approximate) at Kean University STEM Building, 1075 Morris Ave., Union, NJ 07869.  Judges must score those projects in their assigned category using a rubric provided. Judges will communicate with presenters during the poster presentations. The judges must submit their scores to the Junior Academy leader at a designated time immediately following the judging session.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided.  Judges are also invited to all seminar sessions running throughout the day.
