Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for Black Girls RUN! Sweat With Your Sole National Conference Weekend in Chicago, IL, September 5-7, 2024!

Sweat With Your Sole vendor hours will be Friday, September 6, 2024, from 8am to 4pm, and Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 10am to 2pm.

We have (20) vendors spaces available.The cost to be a vendor is $450 and includes a 10x10 booth space, two chairs, a trashcan and a 6 ft skirted table. Vendors are able to sell their products/services, promote and have food/drink samples, if applicable. Check-in and Setup will be on Thursday, September 5 from 3pm to 6pm. Breakdown will be Saturday, September 7 from 2pm to 3pm. Vendors will have the opportunity to be featured on the conference website and on site material.

Please complete this Sweat With Your Sole Vendor Application and its entirety to be considered. Vendors will be notified of final selection by April. Application closes March 30, 2024.
