This is to certify the above Junior Fair Exhibitor will be exhibiting livestock at the Columbiana County Fair and has the permission of his/her parent/guardian to stay overnight on the Fairgrounds. Permit bands will be issued by the Senior Fair Secretary and will be distributed with back tags prior to fair by your club advisor. By agreeing to this form, the family releases the Columbiana County Fairboard from any financial responsibility due to an accident. *
