Our Small Group Ministry Program at First Unitarian Church of Providence is for those seeking connections as part of our church community.  If you are interested in Chalice Circles and/or Soul Circles, please fill out this form.

Being a member of a Chalice or Soul Circle is a six to eight week commitment, with groups meeting twice a month.  It is important to maintain this commitment as after the first few sessions, the groups become more cohesive and meaningful.  You will be contacted by your group facilitator to give you more information and to answer any questions you may have.
