Swisher Fire Department 5k Sponsorship Form
All monetary and in-kind sponsorships from businesses and individuals, along with participant’s entry fees will help cover all costs associated with this event, such as t-shirts, awards, food/beverages, race equipment and others. All proceeds will benefit the Jefferson Monroe Fire Dept. All sponsors will be recognized based on their sponsor level.
