Back the Blue 4x4 Show/4Lo Events LLC Food and Vendor Application
This form is a requirement to be a vendor at a 4Lo Events event or show. 
Note: Tamara Ramos-Sadel and Paul Sandyck are the only ones organizing this event. Fees collected via invoice. 

We email if we approve or deny application (email would be from info@4loevents.com) within 72 hrs. We do not duplicate craft vendors at our events. 
This form also adds you to our vendor email list for future events.
The only form of payment will be an invoice emailed through Squareup.com from our 4Lo Events account.  Vendor spots are first come, first serve. We may have multiple same type vendors pending payment. Vendor who pays first gets the spot, all other invoices will be cancelled. We do not duplicate vendor types.

Vendor fees depends on the event, may range from $50 to $125. Our events are rain or shine, otherwise noted. We have severe weather date of April 28th. We closely monitor many weather sources the week of the event.
Please check our social media accounts (@4loevents) for updates in the event of severe weather. We may cancel or postpone due to severe weather. See below for more information and terms.

Terms and Information (Please read carefully)
  • Location: VFW 9 Fisher Place, Yardville NJ. Setup Time: 9am-11am. 4x4 Parking starts at 11am. Event time: 12pm to 4pm.

  • We ask for a basket,  gift card or item donation for the raffle/giveaway to fundraise for the Team Hamilton Police Unity Tour. Minimum $25. We may do a swag bag for registered 4x4s if you would like to add any marketing or gift items to it, please contact us. It is a suggested donation, not required.
  • Your business name/logo will be added to Facebook Event, our Facebook page, Instagram and our website. Email us your logo (we can use logo on your social media as well).
  • You must provide your own electricity, tables, chairs, and tent with weights.
  • Vendor setup times 9am -11am. We do giveaways at 3 pm okay to break down at 3pm. Event Parking starts at 11am
  • No trailers are to be parked next to your booth.
  • Vehicles must park elsewhere (spectator parking or street parking). Craft/General Vendors with Jeeps can park their vehicles near booth - if space allows. Jeep Vendors are allowed to have Show Jeeps parked near booth. 
  • Very Limited Direct Sales or MLM's are accepted.
  • Former Vendors, local handmade & Jeeps/4x4 vendors and auto-related vendors get preference.
  • Promotion of event: 4Lo Events LLC will be advertise on Facebook, Facebook groups, sponsored ads, our website, Instagram, Eventbrite, outdoor signs and paper flyers. We also ask you to please share the event and let your followers, friends and family know about the event. Invite followers, friends, family to the Facebook Event. We will tag your business in the Facebook event! We want this event to be successful for all our vendors and for the American Legion. Share and Invite everyone :)
  • Food trucks and food vendors MUST secure permits needed to attend event with town. Any one selling food (fresh or pre-packaged) will need permits. Any questions, please reach out to the town's board of health. 4Lo Events may be able to give some info, but we ask to verify with the town/township.
  • Our events are rain or shine, otherwise noted. We may cancel or postpone due to severe weather. We will have a "rain" date secured, normally the next day. Please check our social media accounts (@4loevents) for updates in the event of severe weather.  Severe weather =  high winds, tornadoes, thunderstorms, hailstorms, and extreme temperaturesApril 28th is the alternate day if there is severe weather forecasted on April 27th.
  • Refunds before 30 days of event. After, case by case basis. Fee is part of Team Hamilton donation.

By registering to this event (2nd annual Back the Blue 4x4 Show)  In consideration of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators by execution of this registration form, release, and discharge, 4Lo Events LLC,  VFW Post 491 , vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and anyone else connected with the management and/or presentation of the event from any and all known and unknown damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or their guest to his or her person or property. Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants, participants, or vendors assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direct control of the entrant.
Refunds 30 days before the event. After that case-by-case basis. Fees are part of  donation to Team Hamilton Police Unity Tour.

General Rules:
⦁ All participants and guests MUST follow the VFW House Rules (posted in the Canteen)
⦁ NO outside beer or alcohol may be brought on the premises - any violators will be asked to leave immediately - Beer and alcohol can only be purchased in the Canteen.
⦁ Dogs are welcomed, leashed, pick up waste.
⦁ No Bare feet. Shoes must be worn at all times.
⦁ Please follow proper etiquette and be respectful.
⦁ Parents must accompany children at all times.
