This award is given in recognition of outstanding chapter participation with the Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina and the Jaycee Cottage at Lake Waccamaw. The award is named in memory of William "Billy" Davis, a Past President of the Archdale (Muddy Creek) Jaycees and a Past State Vice President, who passed in May 1994 at the age of 40.
