RFP 004-2021 Postsecondary Institutions Participation in The Guam State Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) Project
The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) is soliciting proposals from public funded degree-granting postsecondary institutions physically located in Guam to participate in the Guam State Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) Project, locally dubbed as the Guam One Stop Data Village (GOSDV). The participation will involve (1)
haring of postsecondary student data with the Department following local and federal laws on privacy and confidentiality, (2) providing active participation by the institution’s professional and technical staff in the establishment and implementation of the GOSDV data system, (3) the review or creation and implementation
of policies and procedures for the safe and secure maintenance and sustainability of the GOSDV, (4) collaborating in the development and maintenance of culture of GOSDV data use in transition research, local and federal reporting, and in raising student achievement from K12 to postsecondary levels.
