Parents,
As we prepare for the start of the 2020-2021 school year, it is vital that we have the most accurate information for all students in regard to how they will attend school when we are able to be back in person. We realize this is a decision that each parent must make that is best for their family. Prior to completing this form, we encourage you to watch the town hall video that can be found here: https://youtu.be/O1wXtyU0hDo. Once we are able to attend classes in person, all students have the option of attending school in the physical space or virtually. If you have any questions, please call our central office at 859-236-6634.
Please note- At the time, per the governor's recommendation, no in person classes will be held until after September 28.
