Date: Saturday, July 1st, 2pm-9pm
Fee: $15 - 10'x10' or $25 - 10'x20'
Guidelines:
- Vendor Fees must be paid in full prior to festival.
- All Vendors using vehicles to load equipment/merchandise will have access to the vending area prior to 1:30pm the day of the event. All additional vehicles must leave the area by 1:30pm.
- Spaces will be assigned by PVPR. Your space will not be moved on the day of the event.
- If you plan on bringing a canopy or tent, we request that all four legs of the structure be weighted with at least 25 pounds of weight.
- Vendors must be ready by start of event at 2pm.
- All vendors must provide their own equipment.
- This is an outdoor event, there will be no refunds due to inclement weather after 4pm on June 30th.
- Electricity will NOT be provided. Small, quiet generators will be permitted.
- Unprofessional conduct or abusive language by vendors towards event staff, volunteers, other vendors, or attendees will not be tolerated.
- Vendor is responsible for cleanup of all debris from vendor space & surrounding area.
Liability Emergency Medical Release:
I hereby give my permission to participate in the town sponsored Putnam Valley Parks & Recreation program. I certify that I am physically fit and that I will not hold PVPR or its agencies and/or representatives liable for any accidents and/or injuries incurred during the course of the program. I give my personal consent to be transported to any emergency facility if injury is sustained. I also consent to any treatment, surgery, diagnostic procedure or the administration of anesthesia that may be deemed necessary based on the medical judgment of the attending physician. PVPR will not tolerate abusive language or any type of misconduct at any of its functions.
