Every year the Covert PTA provides a Digital Directory as a courtesy to our families via the website (and app), Membership Toolkit.  The Directory is a valuable tool that helps us contact other families for homework, rides to school and after-school activities, addresses for party invitations, etc.  It is also what we use to make each student's fundraising page for one of our biggest fundraising events, the FUNd run.  It is never to be used for solicitation or political purposes.  PTA email notices do NOT replace reminders that are sent home in backpacks.  It is another reminder of PTA meetings, fundraiser deadlines and, when necessary, allows the PTA to send messages to specific grades.

Please take a moment to fill out the form below and be included in the Directory and in the email notification system.  Every child is included in their class list in the Directory but only the information you provide will be visible.  If you do not want any particular information included (address, telephone number, email address), simply leave it blank.  Once we have entered your information into the Membership Toolkit system, you will receive an e-mail to create a login/password to your page, where you can edit information as needed.
