In light of Aali Qadr Maula TUS's Bayan Mubarak, the Business Development Division of Anjuman-e-Shiate Ali and the Hizbul Iman Trust have conceived and developed a unique Business Traineeship Program [BTP].

Business Traineeship Program provides the college going youngsters of our community an opportunity to work in a Business Organization for a period of 2 months to enable them to learn and gain valuable experience in business and equip them to make better life and career choices.

What Is Traineeship (for Employers)?
Traineeship for employers is an opportunity to get their non-core activities done at low cost, gain valuable insights into the new age work force and impart their business specific skills so that they have a continuous pool of trained employees in the future.

Terms of Business Traineeship Programme
Duration:         2 months
Place of work: Mumbai including suburbs
Remuneration: ₹ 4,500/-per month
Working hours: 8 hours day time
Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Leave:         Nil (mutual decision based on urgent need)
Reporting to: Employer / Manager, HIT
Certificate:         Participation Certificate
