Over $463,000 has been raised over the past 34 years between the Silent Auction, Win Pulls and the matching grants from the Alabama Tourism Department. 

Your gift description will be shared with industry and conference participants, so please submit it as soon as possible.

Detailed Gift Description and Helpful Tips

•  Certificates should have a full description with an expiration date no sooner than six months from the convention date. Please return this form ASAP, but definitely by July 1. 

•  When donating a certificate, please include brochures and advertising collateral to showcase your hotel, attraction or business.  A gift basket with related items is always nice.

•  Examples of popular auction items: packaged travel, gift baskets, advertising space, golf clubs, weekend passes, pottery, jewelry, books, and autographed sports memorabilia.
