Study Hall Early Dismissal/Late Arrival Form
This form is to grant your student permission to leave early if your student has a study hall that occurs during last period of the day. Dismissal will be at 1:30PM on full session days. Students will check out of school at the attendance office and then exit the building. If your student is driving home with a non-family member, please send email to Attendance Clerk, Michelle Getz - mgetz@lrhsd.org to grant permission.

This form is also to grant your student permission to arrive late if your student has a study hall that occurs during the first period of the day. On these days, they may sign in by 8:32AM, and second period begins at 8:37AM.
