利用のルール

◆利用目的
・学習・研究のための利用のみ
※サークル活動等はできません。

◆利用人数・利用対象
・3名以上10名以下のグル―プ
※感染症対策のため、当面の間は6名以下とさせていただきます。
※グループのメンバーの半数以上は、医学系研究科・医学部もしくは附属病院の学生・教職員である必要があります。

◆利用時間
・利用可能時間：平日開館日9:30-16:45　土曜開館日10:30-16:45
・1グループにつき、1日最長2時間まで
・後に予約が入っていない場合、1回につき2時間まで延長可能

◆注意事項
・グループ学習室内での喫煙・食事は禁止です。
・完全防音ではないため、館内のほかの利用者の方に迷惑のかからないようにご利用ください。
・利用のルールに反する行為があった場合、利用予約を取り消すことがあります。

◆Purpose of use
・For study and research purposes only
※Circle activities, etc. are not allowed.

◆Number of users and eligibility
・Groups of 3 to 10 people
※For infection prevention measures, the maximum number of users is limited to 6 for the time being.
※At least half of the group members must be a student, faculty member, or staff of the Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine or the University of Tokyo Hospital. 

◆Time of use
・Available dates and times: Weekdays (opening day) 9:30-16:45, Saturdays (opening day) 10:30-16:45
・Up to 2 hours per group per day
・If there are no subsequent reservations, you may extend your usage for up to an additional 2 hours at once after the end of your current reservation. 

◆Cautions
・Food and smoking are not allowed in the room.
・The room is not completely soundproofed. Please be considerate of other users outside and be aware of your volume.
・If there is any violation of the rules of use, the reservation may be canceled.
