TRBA Moderator Nominations 22-23
The Moderator of the Association:
Meets monthly with the AMS.
Serves as Moderator at all meetings of the Association in Session.
Chief Executive Officer of the corporation/Board of Directors (BOD).
Presides at all meetings of the Board of Directors, ALT (as BOD, ALT (as Leadership and Expanded).
Voting member of both ALT and BOD.
By virtue of his office, serves as a member of the Personnel Committee and various ministry and administrative teams within the association – both as ex-officio voting and non-voting.
In the extended absence of the Associational Missions Strategist (AMS), serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the corporation and day-to-day operations until the AMS returns, or the association approves another if needed.
With the AMS, names acting officers for the corporation in the event of their departure from the association/church served. These appointments must be affirmed by the association in their next bi-annual or special called meeting.
