Join members of the (Re)Writing Migration Stories project to celebrate the opening of our art exhibit on the second floor of Langson Library @ UCI.
As people impacted by immigration policy, we took courses with Dr. Laura E. Enriquez (Dept. of Chicano/Latino Studies) and traveled to Mexico to heal and (re)build our connections to our country of origin. We are featuring our art in an exhibit documenting our journeys.
Our opening reception will take place from 4-7pm on Thursday April 25.
We will host a panel conversation with contributors from 5-6pm.
Come early and/or stay after to view the exhibit
Check-in opens and refreshments are available starting at 4pm
We look forward to sharing our journey with you!
