The Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter would like to invite you to the 2021 Walk Celebration Party! This year we are hosting our Walk to End Alzheimer's celebration party virtually via zoom and bringing together all 5 CNY Walk event participants and team captains. The Celebration Party is scheduled for Thursday, December 9th, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. We are very excited to announce our total funds raised, our top fundraisers, top teams, and hand out some fun door prizes. Please join us in celebrating you and everything you have accomplished this year! Cheers!
