Oberlin College Biology Greenhouse Guest Use Policy
The greenhouse is ordinarily available only to Oberlin College biology classes, and open to the public for specific events such as tours during All Roads and Commencement, and for occasional open houses sponsored by the greenhouse committee.

To allow full consideration and preparation, requests for use by other departments or outside groups should be submitted three weeks in advance to the building supervisor (Forrest Rose, frose@oberlin.edu) and the greenhouse manager (Judy Laushman, jlaushma@oberlin.edu). Requests on shorter notice will be considered but may not be possible to accommodate.

Groups must be accompanied by an approved supervisor who is responsible for assuring there is no interference with the operation of the facility or damage to or removal of any plants.

Regular greenhouse maintenance, including watering, may be conducted during group visits.

Visits may last no longer than two hours, and are limited to 20 people per group.
