TERMS OF SERVICE
• I have the right to refuse or decline your commission request.
• I work for a week (sometimes less than a week, depends on the complexity) to a month for an art piece as I usually take my time and I have responsibilities at school and at home.
• First come, first serve basis.
• Rush commissions (+50%), complex designs (starts at 15 USD), complex backgrounds (starts at 15 USD) and additional characters (+70% each), commercial use (+75%) will be charged more.
• Up to two (2) revisions only during the sketch.
• I send the commissioned works through email.
• You can post the commissioned art on your social media but with proper credit.
• You can't resell or use in AI the commissioned art or any art from me. If you want to commission me for commercial use, send a DM!
• You can't and shouldn't claim the rights of the commissioned art as your own.
• Payments will be through Paypal (International), GCASH (PH) or Maya (PH)
• Payment first before I start your commission.
• As much as possible, do not pay yet if it's not your turn. Please wait for my confirmation first that you are next in line.
• If you are unsure, you may pay half of the price first, then pay the rest when I confirm that your commission is done or almost done. (LOCAL/PH ONLY. Payments through paypal don't apply to this anymore because of the fees. I apologize.)
• If you don't reply for 1 - 3 days after sending you a message that I'm going to start, yours will be on hold until you do.
• Provide screenshot of your payment or send me a confirmation/update when you pay!
• Strictly no refunds unless I'm unable to finish it due to unforeseen circumstances.
