GELLY BALL GAME WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Please read this waiver and release of liability ("Waiver") carefully. By participating in the Gelly Ball game ("Game"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Game involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury, property damage, or other harm. I understand and accept that these risks exist and may result from my own actions or the actions of others, including but not limited to the negligence of other players, organizers, or equipment malfunction.

2. Rules and Instructions: I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by the Game organizers or staff. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my removal from the Game without refund.

3. Protective Gear: I understand that wearing appropriate protective gear, such as goggles and face masks, is mandatory during the Game. I agree to wear and use the provided safety equipment correctly and to notify the Game organizers if any equipment is damaged or inadequate.

4. Health and Fitness: I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Game. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my own health condition and consult a medical professional if necessary before participating. I understand that I should immediately notify the Game organizers if I experience any medical issues during the Game.

5. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Game, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Game organizers, sponsors, property owners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me or my property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, or liabilities, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the Game, including but not limited to claims brought by third parties, even if such claims are caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

7. Photographic and Video Release: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Game for promotional, advertising, or other purposes by the Game organizers without compensation or further notice.

8. Severability: If any provision or portion of this Waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO IT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER AND INTEND TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
