Entry Fee's:
Entry fee will be $3500 per vehicle for the Road Boss Rally in 2021 and may be limited to 55 cars with each entry being secured once the initial $500 deposit has been received and subsequent instalments paid.
$3500 - Per vehicle & due on or before Friday 10th September 2021
$850 - Individual per person fees, 10th Sept 2021
All fees are inclusive of GST. A tax Invoice will be sent out to all entrants. Statements and reminders will then be issued as each payment becomes due.
Fee refunds:
In the event that you have to withdraw at any stage, with the exception of the initial $500 deposit, funds can be transferred to the following year/event.
Should you require a cash refund, the follow applies:
Up to end of Aug 2021, 80% of fee's.
NOTE FOR SUPER ENTRANTS: If you have paid funds toward the postponed Super Rally, you may use these funds and can be transferred over for this event. Please advise if this is your wish and intention.
Fundraising donation to GIVIT:
As part of the your entry into the 2021 RBR , you pledge to donate a minimum of $1000 to our events charity partner GIVIT. All fundraising donations are to be paid via the events on-line fundraising web site on Mycuase or directly to GIVIT.
