Player Name *
Player City of Residence *
BOSS is an open residency organization but some leagues such as the WSYBL have residency and grade requirements before allowing teams to enter.  If a team is considering playing in a residency specific league this will help determine that possibility.
Player Grade For 2019-2020 School Year *
Similar to the previous question the WSYBL does have grade requirements so this would help determine if a team would be eligible to play in the WSYBL, should they wish.

Coaching Interest
BOSS is a 501.3c non-profit organization which means parent volunteers are the heart of the organization.  Each BOSS team is coached by a parent head coach and one or more parent assistants.  Throughout the season there are opportunities to work with professional coaching, but the teams themselves are led by parents which furthers the organization's aim to create a family atmosphere.  The BOSS board and  current coaches all assist new coaches in managing their responsibilities before and during the season.
